How are your meals delivered?
Our meals are always delivered fresh! And they last for about a week in the fridge.
Do I have to be home to accept the delivery?
No need to be home when your box arrives, it will patiently wait at your doorstep until you are home. Our insulated boxes come packed with ice packs ensuring your meals stay nice and cold.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver to you Monday-Friday depending on your location. We are expanding fast, so if we're not in your area yet, chances are we'll be there soon.
Is there any cooking? Are your meals pre-portioned?
No, there is never any cooking with Soulara. Our complete meals come ready to eat so you can enjoy at your own convenience. We take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning! All of our meals are pre-portioned and complete with nutritional information, heating instructions and a full ingredient list.
Can I skip my deliveries?
With Soulara, skipping weeks, putting your plan on pause or cancelling is easy. You can skip a week, pause or cancel anytime as long as you notify us by your weekly deadline before an upcoming delivery. Log in to your account to manage your subscription.
